1. Service Overview

Highmark Web Design provides clean, professional website builds for small businesses.

Clients may choose between two project options:

Standard Website Package – $500

Enhanced Website Package – $750

Both packages focus on clear structure, modern design, and a dependable online presence.

2. What’s Included in Your Package

Standard Package ($500)

Up to 3 pages

Clean, simple layout

Mobile-friendly design

Basic on-page SEO

Up to two (2) revision rounds

48-hour build window (see timeline policy below)

Enhanced Package ($750)

Up to 5 pages

More custom and flexible layouts

Additional content structuring

Basic analytics setup

Up to three (3) revision rounds

48-hour build window (see timeline policy below)

3. What’s Not Included

Unless previously discussed, the following are not included in either package:

Logo design (unless you provide one)

Branding packages

Custom-coded features or advanced functionality

E-commerce setup (full online stores)

Ongoing maintenance or monthly updates

Copywriting beyond minor improvements

Unlimited revisions

Domain purchase or hosting fees

If you need additional services, they can be added at an agreed-upon rate.

4. Client Responsibilities

To keep the project timeline smooth, clients must provide:

All text/content for each page

Business details and descriptions

Photos, logos, and other assets

Accurate contact information

Page list and structure

Any brand colors or preferences

The 48-hour build window does not begin until all required content is received.

Clients are responsible for securing their domain and hosting unless discussed otherwise.

5. Timeline & 48-Hour Turnaround Policy

Highmark offers a fast delivery option, but this timeline depends on client cooperation.

The 48-hour timeline begins only when:

Full payment is completed, and

All required content has been submitted

If content is missing, unclear, or delayed, the build window will begin after the missing items are received.

Revisions may take additional time depending on the volume and detail of the changes.

6. Revision Policy

To keep the project focused and efficient:

Standard Package includes 1 revision round

Enhanced Package includes 2 revision rounds

A “revision round” means a single list of changes submitted at once.

Additional revisions outside of your package will incur extra cost.

7. Approval & Final Delivery

Once revisions are completed and the client approves the website:

The website will be published to the client's domain (if access is provided)

Final adjustments may be made during launch

The project is considered complete after the site goes live

Future updates or changes after completion are billed separately.

8. Refund Policy

Because Highmark begins work quickly and dedicates real time to each project:

No refunds are offered once work has begun

Refunds are not provided based on change of preference, delays in providing content, or misunderstanding of what is included

If payment was made but no work has started AND the client requests a cancellation before sending any content, Highmark may issue a refund at its discretion.

9. Communication

All communication will be handled through email or the original platform used to contact Highmark (e.g., Instagram, text, etc.).

Clients should respond promptly to questions or requests for clarification to maintain the project timeline.

10. Future Updates & Maintenance

Highmark does not provide ongoing maintenance unless agreed upon separately.

Any future updates, edits, page additions, or redesigns will be billed at an agreed-upon rate.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, submitting the intake form, or moving forward with the project, the client agrees to all terms listed on this page.
